Shanti Sharma – Country Learning Lead at ANZ Bank
Overall 20+ years of industry experience in the field of Learning and Development, currently working as a Country Learning Lead at ANZ Bank, Managing training and development for very large audiences globally. Some previous positions head was General Manager – L&D, Senior Specialist – L&D at Accenture.
Shanti is Senior Trainer, credentialed coach from ICF and highly awarded Learning & Development Personnel receiving various awards at the World HRD Congress, NASCOMM GCC conclave as well ANZ for various L&D initiatives and Programs.
Shanti also holds multiple certifications like Certified Learning and Development Manager (CLDM) from Carlton Advance, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Harrison Assessor, and has experience with profiling tools such as DiSC, MBTI, and Gallup Strength’s Finder.
She is a Life member of the International Society of Training and Development (ISTD) Bangalore Chapter and has been a panelist for various Learning Conferences and events.
